Courses are offered online, in synchronous mode. To ensure privacy, video and audio is active only for the course host, not participants. Participants are very welcome to send their questions as text messages. We strongly encourage synchronous participation, however we understand sometimes this is not possible. As an added value, each class is recorded, and the recording is available to course participants for 1 month after the class ran. After that, the recordings will be no longer available.
For privacy reasons, we store only the email address you use to purchase the course, and the course(s) associated with such email address. To login, you are sent a time-sensitive link. You can change that email address, as long as you still have access to it while you perform the change. It is vital you always have on file an email address that you can reach. If you put a wrong email address, or if you lose access to your email address before you update it to a working email address, you lose access to our platform.
